Booking request privacy

Mocked Exams is an independent revision website. When you send a CITB HS&E test booking request, we store your name, email, phone number, preferred test type, location, date and any notes you provide. We use these details to review your request and contact you about a possible appointment. A request is not an official booking.

Only authorised site administrators can view requests. We do not ask for your National Insurance number, date of birth, or card payment on the request form. If we can proceed, we will explain what additional details and payment are needed before collecting them. We may need to pass candidate details to CITB or Pearson VUE to complete an agreed booking.

To ask about your request or request deletion, email admin@mockedexams.com. Avoid putting sensitive identification details in the notes field.
